Accessibility Statement for AXS Passport
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Calling All Minds Ltd is committed to making AXS Passport accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities and those who experience the world differently.
Our Commitment
We believe that digital accessibility is not just about compliance—it's about creating experiences that work for everyone. AXS Passport has been designed with input from people with lived experience of neurodiversity and disability, ensuring our accessibility features address real needs, not just technical requirements.
The AXS Toolbar
AXS Passport includes the AXS Toolbar, a comprehensive accessibility solution developed by specialists at Calling All Minds. Unlike traditional accessibility overlays, the AXS Toolbar integrates directly with our platform to provide genuine accessibility improvements.

Standards and Compliance
We aim to meet [WCAG 2.2 Level AA](https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/). This statement is not a certification of conformance. Accessibility features and an accessibility toolbar do not replace testing of the underlying website and customer journeys.
Technical Accessibility
The public website includes semantic headings and landmarks, a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus styles and responsive layouts. The homepage introduction is a silent video with playback controls and a linked text alternative describing its scenes and on-screen text. It starts only when the visitor chooses to play it.
Known Limitations and Testing
The September 2026 review covers selected public pages, keyboard navigation, browser accessibility information, mobile layouts and the introduction video. It is not a complete screen-reader or WCAG conformance audit.
- Full end-to-end testing with screen readers and representative iOS and Android devices remains to be completed.
- Booking, signup, organisation SSO and payment journeys require further testing with controlled accounts.
- Some third-party content and complex visualisations may need alternative formats.
- PDF accessibility has not been comprehensively verified.
- Automated image descriptions and simplified text can contain mistakes. Contact us if they do not provide the information you need.
Please tell us about a barrier or request an alternative format using the contact details below.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of AXS Passport. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

- Completing tests with assistive technologies, including screen readers and voice recognition software
- Gather feedback from users with disabilities
- Update our features based on evolving standards and user needs
- Train our team on accessibility best practices
