Draft product-change notice: shared passport session

> For legal and privacy review before publication.

The proposed guest passport reader uses an essential `axs_passport_guest` cookie after the recipient deliberately selects View passport. It holds a random session secret, is HttpOnly, Secure in production and SameSite Strict. It is scoped to the shared-passport API and lasts for no more than 10 minutes or the remaining share lifetime, whichever is shorter. It is required to authorise the read-only viewing session and is not used for analytics or advertising.
