New self-registering individuals subscribe to Elevate at the price and billing period shown before Stripe Checkout. A new account is created only after payment confirmation and the email address must be verified before sign-in. Abandoning or cancelling Checkout does not create an account. Existing individual account holders and organisation-invited users retain the entry arrangements applicable to them.

A passport owner may send a time-limited, revocable link to a specified recipient email. The recipient does not need an AXS Passport account. The link is confidential and should not be forwarded. Anyone with access to the message may be able to use an available viewing session. Expiry, session limits and revocation reduce exposure but do not prevent screenshots or disclosure of information already viewed. Guest access is read-only and does not confer ownership or wider account access.
