Rethinking Workplace Adjustments

Workplace adjustments are meant to make work fairer and more accessible, but many adjustment processes are still slow, stressful and fragmented.

This article looks at the limits of traditional PDF-based accessibility passports. Static documents can record needs, but they often become outdated, difficult to manage and disconnected from the real process of implementing support.

The article argues that organisations need more than a document. They need a living system that can support secure sharing, updates, ownership, progress tracking and continuity as roles, managers and needs change.
